This shop began producing sweet bean jelly, yubeshi, rice crackers and candy around 1926. They make their saké-manju with the Gozenshu Mimasaka brand of saké produced by the Tsujimoto brewery of Katsuyama. They have requested a noren with a circle motif each time because it resembles a round manju. The circle on this noren floats like a bubble in front of spring mountains. It captures the essence of the peaceful mountains of Katsuyama.
